• Installation Tip2 Secure the buffer block firmly in the cup. Use a measuring tool to measure the distance from the buffer block to the axle tube, and then cut the 2x4 wood to the corresponding length based on this measurement, Mix a small solution of liquid soap and water and use it to lubricate the surface of the cup and buffer block to reduce friction during installation. Place the lubricated buffer in the cup and place the cut 2x4 wood on the axle tube with one end against the bottom of the buffer
• Installation Tip3 Return to the jack operation and slowly lower the jack. If the 2x4 or bumper tends to move sideways during the lowering process, immediately use another piece of wood to help secure the bumper and ensure that it remains straight, Once the body of the drill is stable, the bumper will slide smoothly into the cup and lock into place.
