Nothing but a Bully: A Tale of Power, Genocide, and Green Beards

From one-on-one bullying to mass atrocities, humans commit a spectrum of violence and dehumanization, then society gaslights victims, minimizing tormentors as “nothing but bullies.” Society and culture, physiology and development contribute to this ecology of oppression, as do the current and past impacts of these behaviors. As resources shrink and competition rises, we brand others unworthy of life. By understanding the ecosystems of degradation and subjugation, and their contributing and interacting factors, we gain a potential roadmap to reduce their mayhem on our future. Read more
