| Instructions | Lubricate your brush with a small amount of water. Put a small amount of toothpaste — about the size of a pea. Press the power button to turn on the toothbrush, select your preferred mode, place the toothbrush head in your mouth at a 45 degree angle to the gums, and align it with the surface of the teeth. Do not press hard - let the vibration of the brush complete this task. Slowly move the toothbrush along the gum line and make a slight circular motion. Stay in each quadrant of the mouth for 30 seconds, for a total of 2 minutes (including a built-in 2-minute timer with 30 second intervals for reminders). After brushing your teeth, turn off the toothbrush and rinse the brush head and handle with tap water to shake off excess water. |
