Product Description Bonding primer for painting, vinyl or fiberglass garage doors, vinyl or aluminum windows and siding, aluminum storm doors, paneling, Formica cabinets, unfinished wood, galvanized down spouts, Kynar, silicone polyester pre-coated siding and more. Resists problems of wrinkling, blistering or cracking caused by moisture. Low odor/low VOC. Performs like an industrial solvent primer. Cleans up with soap and water. Resists peeling/blistering. Accepts all top coats. Cures in low temperatures and high humidity. White bonding primer/sealer provides excellent adhesion. Interior or exterior use. All topcoats. From the Manufacturer XIM Advanced Technology UMA White is a high performance water-based Bonder that has both primer and adhesive-like properties. It provides excellent adhesion and wet adhesion to "Hard-to-Paint" surfaces, even when wet. Sanding may not be necessary for most clean and dull paintable surfaces, but sanding or dulling the surface is required for maximum adhesion, specifically on surfaces such as tile, porcelain and glazed block. UMA can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications, and can be used with Oil/Alkyd, Latex, Urethane, Epoxy and Lacquer top coats.
