GP35 - TCS DCC SOUND VALUE-EQUIPPED Locomotive - PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD - HO Scale. The EMD GP35 was built in the mid 1960’s and more than 1300 were produced for a number of railroads. The Electro- Motive Division’s GP35 were powered by a 16 cylinder 2,500 hp engine, which was easy for the crews to maintain. Today a number of GP35’s remain in service on regional short line railroads. Bachmann EMD GP35 includes a factory installed DCC sound value decoder, equipped for sound, speed, direction, and lighting control. Featuring a TCS decoder programed with prototypical sounds, this locomotive is ready to run on both analog and DCC layouts. Further, our locomotive includes a Keep Alive device, so your locomotive will continue uninterrupted operation, even over dirty track. Additional features include; Highly Detailed Painted Bodies with Precision Graphics, Dual Mode Decoder, Diecast Frame, Metal Wheels, Operating Headlight, All-wheel Drive and E-Z Mate® Mark II couplers, Performs best on 18" radius curves or greater, HO Scale 1:87.
